OUTDOOR RANGE LAND STATUS

 Fellow Members,

By now you are probably aware that the owner of the land where the outdoor range is located is in the process of selling this property. While the deal has not been completed it is likely to go through. We understand you may have questions and concerns regarding the future of the outdoor range. Please review the available details below.

 1) The current property owner has been upfront with us on this transaction and has been very collaborative on next steps.

 2) We have spoken to the president of the company purchasing the property (2020 Acquisitions).

 3) Both parties are a friend of our sport.

 

4) Both parties are working with the Old Bridge Township Administration to find us a new home in Old Bridge.

5) Given the typical timing for this type of transaction we will probably be in our current location for at least a year.

 6) It will probably be several months before anything definitive happens.

 7) Rumors will definitely be swirling around and it is critical you allow your board of trustees to be your source of facts and news about our future.

8) We will provide updates at the monthly membership meetings, or via email, as the process develops and new information becomes available.

 The membership should be confident that the board of trustees is doing everything possible to ensure the longevity of the outdoor range. We respectfully request that the membership allow us to address the topic of the outdoor range and encourage our membership to enjoy the facilities as usual during the coming months.
